So we had these pictures taken when we were in Ohio this Spring. They were a late birthday gift for my Dad. It was a beautiful Ohio day - rainy and over cast. My hair suffered the consequences! Yuk - I don’t like these pictures, but Vera looks adorable and I really like the ones of her and Grandpa Young.

Lacey and I took some pictures of Vera at her one month mark. She was behaving super awesome that day. I think it was because she was naked! Babies love to be naked. So while we had her in good spirits, alert and active, we took some shots of her. Below are a sampling of those shots. But Lacey has not officially signed off on these pictures so they might change and disappear from time to time as she sorts throught them. But for now....enjoy:

After one month of growing she has definitely put on some baby chub. You still can't get much cuter than this kid right here....

I haven't been exposed to that many newborns but I have never seen one that is as alert and attentive as this one....and fidgetty.

We had professional pictures taken of Vera when she was 2 weeks old. The shoot started off great, then she got a little fussy toward the end. We finally made it and we wound up with several GREAT pictures!
